Design and Application of Solid Wood Production Progress Tracking System Based on QR Code Scanning
Production progress tracking is an important part of the production management of customized solid wood home furnishing enterprises.In order to realize the precise control of the progress of each node in the production link,taking M Furniture Company as a case study,the production workshop process of M Furniture Company was investigat-ed and researched.It was concluded that the solid wood production schedule management has low degree of informatiza-tion,the difficulty of kitting management,and difficult to track the procurement progress.Based on the QR code scan-ning technology,according to the structure of"batch-order-parts",the technical scheme of the solid wood production progress tracking QR code scanning system was formulated,and on this basis,the functional framework of the manage-ment system was designed.After the QR code scanning system was put into use,the standard operation process of each production link was formulated through the summary of practice and experience.As an important step on the road of in-formatization,the implementation of the new system improves the transparency of workshop work by obtaining timely feedback of production information,which greatly reduces the difficulty of production schedule management.
