竹原纤维芯板应用于沙发坐垫的力学性能探究

为测试竹原纤维芯板在坐垫填充中的性能表现,探究以其替代海绵应用于沙发坐垫的可能性,通过一系列力学性能测试,分别对不同密度的竹原纤维芯板力学性能进行对比分析。探索了材料密度对芯板相关性能的影响,并将其与沙发坐垫用填充海绵进行对比,优选出性能表现更佳的竹原纤维芯材参数。性能测试方面包含材料回弹率、压陷硬度、压缩变形特征、24h形变回复率和材料的定负荷冲击疲劳测定,其中材料的压陷硬度随密度增加而增大,回弹率、压缩变形特征和形变回复率随密度增大而减小。综合分析得出,材料密度对竹原纤维芯板的各项基础性能皆有显著影响。其中低密度竹原纤维芯板的材料性能与沙发用海绵较为接近,存在代替其进行填充应用的可行性。
Research on the Mechanical Properties of Bamboo Fiber Core Board for Sofa Cushion
To test the performance of bamboo fiber core board in cushion filling and so explore the possibility of using it as a substitute for sponge in sofa cushion,a series of mechanical performance tests were conducted to compare and ana-lyze the mechanical properties of bamboo fiber core board with different densities.The effect of material density on the related properties of core boards was explored,and it was compared with the filling sponge used for sofa cushions with an aim to select the bamboo fiber core material parameters with better performance.The performance tests were conduct-ed in aspects of material rebound rate,indentation hardness,compression deformation characteristics,24-hour deforma-tion recovery rate,and constant load impact fatigue testing of the material.The testing results showed that the indentation hardness of the material increases with the increasing density,while the rebound rate,compression deformation charac-teristics,and deformation recovery rate decrease with increasing density.The comprehensive analysis showed that materi-al density has a significant impact on the basic properties of bamboo fiber core board.The material performance of low-density bamboo fiber core board is relatively similar to that of sofa sponge,and there is a feasibility of replacing it for filling applications.
