针对老年驾驶人需求的乘用车中控界面适配性探究

为满足老年驾驶人的需求,对乘用车中控界面的适配性进行了研究探讨。对老年驾驶人生理、心理需求进行拆解,使用KANO模型识别需求,筛去无关需求。建立分析维度,从不同层次分析权重性,再整合乘用车中控界面的设计要素,搭建质量功能配置屋,得到老年驾驶人对乘用车中控界面需求与设计要素重要度排序。结果表明,老年驾驶人对界面操作步数少、标识与描述熟悉易被接受、信息搜寻快速定位、标识与描述易理解的需求较大。应优先对图标类型、图标颜色、操作反馈等做适配性的研究。研究结果可为中控界面适老化设计提供指导性意见,为中控界面适老标准化设计奠定基础。
Research on the Adaptability of Passenger Car Central Control Interface for Elderly Drivers
In order to explore the adaptation of passenger car central control interface for elderly drivers.Firstly,the physiological and psychological needs of elderly drivers were disassembled,and the KANO model was used to identify the needs and remove the irrelevant needs.Then,the analysis dimension was established to analyze the weight from dif-ferent levels,and then the design elements of the passenger car central control interface were integrated to build the qual-ity function configuration house.Finally,the ranking of the elderly drivers'demand for the passenger car central control interface and the importance of design elements were obtained.The results showed that elderly drivers have greater de-mands on fewer steps,familiarity with signs and descriptions,quick positioning of information search,high availabili-ty,and easy understanding of signs and descriptions.Priority should be given to icon type,icon color,operation feed-back,control color,language expression and other adaptation research.This study provides guidance for the age-appro-priate design of the central control interface and lays a foundation for the age-appropriate standardized design of the cen-tral control interface.
