Analysis of the Development and Changes of Coworking Spaces in the Post-COVID Era
Prior to the pandemic,coworking had established itself as a flexible working paradigm grounded in mutual trust and shared core values.This paradigm,characterized by its sense of community,openness,and cooperation,was ex-pedited by the progression of scientific and technological advancements,the emergence of the sharing economy,and the advent of innovative work structures,steadily evolving into a critical facet of modem work practices.However,the erup-tion and global propagation of COVID-19 significantly hindered the evolution of coworking spaces during the pandemic,largely due to the accelerated adoption of remote work and the implementation of epidemic control policies.In order to ensure coworking space providers can promptly adapt to the mutable demands and alterations in the post-pandemic era,the trajectory of coworking evolution needs to diversify,incorporating models that offer configurable space,privacy that meets psychological expectations,enhanced efficiency in collaboration,and digitized work environments.
