Application of Experience Design in Personalized Sales for Mattress Terminal Store
The biggest advantage of mattress terminal stores,which are different from online sales,is to help users select mat-tresses that fit their physical characteristics and improve user experience.Guided by the theory of experience design,through market research,the current experience status and shortcomings of mattress terminal stores were sorted out from three aspects:product experience,environmental experience and service experience.In order to facilitate the improvement of user experience,the improvement measures together with certain references for the transformation of mattress terminal stores were proposed by using ergonomic theory,which can not only improve consumer satisfaction,but also promote the sales of mattress terminal store.
