Application of Tamura Texture Features in The Classification of Customized Home Finishes
Surface decoration is a direct factor affecting consumers'visual sensibility to customized home.The study of surface texture is of great significance to satisfy the aesthetic needs of consumers.In view of the lack of objective analy-sis of the texture characteristics of customized home decoration,the Tamura texture features were used in the study of customized home decoration texture with an aim to provide reference for the design and development of customized home.According to the comprehensive ability of the brand and the familiarity of users,the decorative patterns for cus-tomized home were collected from 12 domestic and foreign decorative manufacturers,a total of 6,134 pieces.According to Tamura texture feature parameter calculation method,the feature extraction was carried out by MATLAB software,and the cluster analysis was then proposed according to elbow method and K mean clustering method.The final samples were divided into 5 categories with their own characteristics.The first type of finishes occupies the mainstream of the market,while the fourth type of finishes has the least market demand.
