以学科竞赛推进文科复合型设计人才培养

随着设计学科发展逐渐呈现出交叉融合的特点,社会和企业对设计专业人才提出了更高的要求。设计人才属于交叉学科跨领域人才,但当前尚未形成具有竞争力的复合型人才培养体系。通过分析当下复合型设计人才培养困境,发现当下设计学科交叉性不足、缺乏复合型师资团队、人才培养供给侧问题、缺乏协同育人机制是当下主要面临的问题。以学科竞赛推进文科复合型设计人才培养能够促进交叉学科融合,形成跨领域教学平台,最终达成构建实践教学和人才培养创新体系的目的。
Promoting Comprehensive Liberal Arts Design Talent Training Based on Discipline Competition
As the development of design disciplines gradually shows the characteristics of cross-integration,society and enterprises have proposed higher demand of design professional talents.Design talents are interdisciplinary and cross-field talents,but currently a competitive compound talent training system has not yet been formed.By analyzing the cur-rent difficulties in cultivating composite design talents,the current main problems include:lacking intersection between design and other disciplines,lacking interdisciplinary teaching teams,supply-side issues in talent training,and lacking collaborative education mechanism.Comprehensive liberal arts design talent training by discipline competition can help promote cross-disciplinary integration,form a cross-field teaching platform,and ultimately achieve the goal of building an innovative system of practical approach in teaching and talent training.
