基于线上电视柜销售的用户需求分析

摘要
为满足线上电视柜购买用户需求,帮助企业更好研发产品,提高线上平台电视柜成交率,采用大数据挖掘软件对线上在售电视柜的评论进行爬取,运用感性评价分析分别从艺术表现、实用功能及社会功能3个评价指标进行情感分析;再通过AHP方法确定潜在客户的需求权重,明确客户需求,分析线上电视柜销售的风格趋势;最终得出现流行风格中现代简约及轻奢风格电视柜最受消费者青睐、对于电视柜的产品质量和环保指标要求更高,同时也关注产品品牌的认知度及关注度.
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of online TV cabinet buyers,help enterprises better develop products,and increase the conversion rate of online platform TV cabinets,the big data mining software was used to crawl the comments of on-line TV cabinet for sale,and the sentiment analysis was conducted to evaluatie artistic expression,practical functionality,and social functionality as three emotional analysis indicators.Then,the weight of potential customer needs was deter-mined and the customer demands were clarified by AHP method.The analysis of the style trends of online TV cabinet sales shows that modern minimalist and light luxury style TV cabinets are most favored by consumers in current popular styles.Consumers have higher requirements for product quality and environmental indicators of TV cabients,while also paying attention to the brand recognition and visibility of the products.
