儿童椅凳靠背的3D打印修复设计与实践

3D打印技术作为一项重要的增材制造技术,为制造业的快速高效发展带来了巨大的社会价值和经济效益,在产品设计和研发上也有着传统制造业无可比拟的优势。传统家具修复工艺复杂且耗时费力,而将3D打印技术与家具修复相结合,可以在一定程度上提高家具修复的效率并简化修复工艺。本研究通过探究3D打印技术在传统家具修复中的应用,旨在简化和改善传统家具修复过程的复杂性。同时,以破损的儿童椅凳靠背为例,创新修复设计了不同类型的靠背造型,并采用3D打印技术制造了多样的创新修复靠背,经过表面涂饰和性能测试,发现3D打印修复的椅凳靠背能够满足正常使用要求。研究结果证明,3D打印能够为家具修复提供自由灵活的修复策略,且非专业人士也能进行家具修复,从而延长家具的使用寿命。
Innovative Design and 3D Printing of Children's Stool Backrests
3D printing,a crucial additive manufacturing technique,has delivered significant societal and economic bene-fits to the manufacturing industry.Its advantages in product design and R&D surpass traditional methods.Traditional fur-niture repair is complex and time-consuming.Integrating 3D printing simplifies and enhances the efficiency of furniture restoration.Taking a damaged children's stool backrest as an example,we innovatively designed various backrest shapes and 3D printed a range of innovative repair backrests.Surface finishing and performance testing confirmed their suitabili-ty for normal use.3D printing offers flexible and versatile furniture repair strategies,enabling non-professionals to ex-tend furniture lifespan.
