Service Design of Smart Bed for the Elderly Under Functional Requirement Analysis
As the gradual aging of population structure and the continuous development of technology and economy, the quality of life and living needs of the elderly are gradually receiving attention. Therefore,by summarizing the current status of smart beds for the elderly to identify existing problems, and targeting self-care elderly as the product users,an analysis of product users and product scenario for smart beds for the elderly was conducted. The product usage scenarios for smart beds for the elderly were mainly divided into sleeping, getting up at night, leisure, and entertainment activi-ties,combining physiological, psychological, and behavioral changes to determine the design elements that smart bed for the elderly should have. The Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP)method was used to analyze the weights of the de-sign elements of smart beds, and finally, fuzzy comprehensive analysis method was conducted for design verification.Under the theory of service design, the functional design of smart beds for the elderly focuses on the needs of the elder-ly,human-computer interaction emphasizes the integration of elements, and service interaction emphasizes tangible and touchable design.By integrating mobile phones,apps,Bluetooth,Wi-Fi,and sensors,as well as cloud data statistics, the reasonable service interaction between smart beds for the elderly and users was optimized, achieving rational connection with other devices, which will provide strategic analysis for the redesign of smart beds for the elderly and promote the development of elderly care towards a more intelligent direction.
