Analysis and Optimization of Mattress Handle Sewing Process Operation
At present,most domestic furniture manufacturing enterprises still use semi-automatic equipment,with hu-man-machine cooperation as the main mode of operation.Therefore,in order to economically improve the efficiency of enterprises,it is necessary to optimize the production of enterprises by using industrial engineering theory.For the low level of automation in the mattress handle sewing process,video and stopwatch methods were used for job observing and recording.The"5W1H"analysis method and human-machine operation analysis method were applied to summarize and optimize the problems in the mattress handle sewing process.The issues were identified include lengthy operation process,frequent rework,and chaotic material stacking at the workstation.In response to these problems,optimization solutions were proposed with the aim of improving the utilization rate of human-machine process and ultimately enhanc-ing the production efficiency of the enterprise.
