In the vision of dual carbon national goal,the furniture design curriculum integrates design concepts such as"green,ecological,and sustainable"into the training mode with the mission of cultural inheritance and renewal.The ide-ological and political education mode was explored from three aspects:teaching objectives,curriculum construction,and professional development.The paper outlined the practice path of ideological and political education in the curricu-lum guided by the dual carbon goal,the activation of ideological and political value of the curriculum,and the radiation of ideological and political value to the dual carbon goal,aiming to enhance the humanistic value and social benefits of the curriculum,reform and innovate the training methods of environmental design professionals,and provide new ideas and approaches.
