To address the diverse needs of users in smart home environments and enhance their experience with smart home products,this study employs use experience research methods to optimize the design of smart home central con-trol panels.Based on the five-factor use experience theory model,the study analyzes the key elements of user experience in smart home control panel design and constructs a user experience design model for smart home control panels.Through use research,analysis,and synthesis,the study identifies the functional requirements of users for smart home control panels.It then applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the Entropy weight method to prioritize these user requirements and determine the most pressing pain points,providing data-driven support for the design process.Taking the smart home central control panel for a postpartum mother-and-baby rehabilitation facility as an example,the study designs a smart home central control panel tailored to the needs of the smart living space in such a facility based on the user requirement research.
