Analysis of User Reviews of Online Consumers on Ergonomic Chairs
Ergonomic chairs can effectively protect the health of office workers and improve office efficiency.In order to explore the product characteristics and user preferences for online consumption of ergonomic chairs,the researchers used web crawler software to extract product information for ergonomic chairs sold on the Jingdong e-commerce platform.The products were classified based on price information and the online sales data were analyzed.Additionally,the us-ers'comments of four popular ergonomic chairs in the market were selected,and the word frequency and sentiment analysis on their review text were performed.The analysis revealed that the comfort is the primary factor for consumers when choosing ergonomic chairs.Users of high-end products tend to focus more on the functionality of the chairs,while users of low-end and mid-range products pay greater attention to product packaging and after-sales service.By analyzing the text of user comments,the consumption preferences for ergonomic chairs can be effectively constructed,and certain insights can be provided to guide the market positioning,design,and development of ergonomic chairs.
