Study on the Interaction Design of Psychological Products for In-tervening in College Student Anxiety
In order to promote the physical and mental well-being as well as the holistic development of college stu-dents,an interactive product design was developed to address student anxiety.Through a literature review, the causes of college student anxiety were explored across four domains:genetics, environment, lifestyle, and psychology.Market re-search on emotional intervention products revealed a lack of targeted solutions for this population.User interviews were conducted to summarize their needs, and from a cognitive-behavioral therapy perspective, the design intervention was implemented at the cognitive and behavioral levels. This aimed to help students develop a correct understanding of anxi-ety and modify maladaptive behaviors. The information architecture, flowchart, and low-fidelity prototyping were used to organize the functional structure and usage process of the interactive product, leading to the development of a corre-sponding interface design scheme, which will provide a reference for the interaction design of similar and related psycho-logical products.
