大埋深富水地层横通道冻结加固设计与施工

针对大埋深富水地层横通道冻结法设计理论和施工经验欠缺问题,以北京东六环改造工程10号人行横通道为背景,系统介绍了该工程的冻结设计方案与主要安全技术措施,冻结壁设计厚度为3.5 m,平均温度≤-12 ℃,运用结构力学方法进行了冻结壁承载能力验算,并根据设计孔位进行了温度场验算,主要安全技术措施设计了防护门、隧道支架和充填与融沉注浆.该工程已安全顺利完成结构施工,开创了国内埋深最大富水地层横通道冻结工程,为后续类似工程提供了宝贵经验.
Design and construction of freezing reinforcement for cross passage under large buried depth and water rich stratum
In view of the lack of design theory and construction experience of the freezing method of the cross passage in the large buried depth and water rich stratum,the freezing design scheme and main safety technical measures of the project were systematically introduced against the background of No.10 pedestrian cross passage in Beijing East Sixth Ring Road Reconstruction Project.The design thickness of the freezing wall was 3.5 m,and the average temperature was≤-12 ℃.The bearing ca-pacity of the frozen wall was checked by the method of structural mechanics,and the temperature field was checked according to the designed hole position.The main safety technical measures were de-signed to protect the door,tunnel support and filling and thaw collapse grouting.The construction of the project had been completed safely and smoothly,and it had initiated the freezing project of the cross channel of the water rich stratum with the largest buried depth in China,which provided valua-ble experience for subsequent similar projects.
