厚煤层区段煤柱合理留设宽度及支护参数优化研究

采动影响下厚煤层区段煤柱的合理留设是煤炭高效安全回采的重要因素.针对该问题依托中能煤矿3号煤2309工作面回风巷区段煤柱留设进行研究.根据围岩极限平衡理论计算出煤柱合理宽度为8 m,结合Flac3D数值计算分析不同宽度煤柱垂直应力及塑性区,验证煤柱留设宽度不应小于8 m;针对留设煤柱巷道应用差异化支护方法,对煤柱侧采用帮部3道锚索补强的方法进行围岩加固;针对浸泡煤柱、漏风、有害气体涌入等隐患采取煤柱局部注浆和表面喷浆的方式控制.结合矿压监测反馈表明煤柱留设宽度合理,支护效果良好,为类似厚煤层区段煤柱留设提供技术参考.
Research on reasonable setting width and support parameter optimization of coal pillar in thick coal seam section
The reasonable setting of coal pillars in thick coal seam sections under the influence of min-ing is an important factor for efficient and safe coal mining.To solve this problem,the study was car-ried out based on the coal pillar in the section of return air lane of No.3 coal 2309 working face in Zhongneng Coal Mine.According to the limit equilibrium theory of surrounding rock,the reasonable width of coal pillar was 8 m.Combined with the Flac3D numerical calculation,the vertical stress and plastic zone of coal pillar with different widths were analyzed,and the remaining width of coal pillar should not be less than 8 m.For the roadway with coal pillar,the method of differentiated support was applied,and the method of three anchor cables on the side of coal pillar was used to strengthen the surrounding rock.In view of the hidden dangers such as soaking coal pillar,air leakage and harm-ful gas influx,local grouting and surface shotcrete of coal pillar were adopted to control them.Com-bined with the feedback of mine pressure monitoring,it showed that the width of coal pillar was rea-sonable and the supporting effect was good,which provided technical reference for coal pillar in similar thick coal seam section.
