Study on surface layout and equipment selection scheme of shaft construction in limited site
In view of the characteristics of small space and close distance from existing buildings during the construction of return air shaft in Jianzhuang Coal Mine,the construction scheme of double winch unilateral layout and unilateral gangue discharge was selected through calculation.According to the characteristics of the shaft,the related equipment for shaft construction was determined.The stability of the whole derrick in operation was checked.At the same time,the influence of blasting operation on the vibration of existing buildings was checked,and the maximum explosive quantity at one time in different shaft depth construction was determined,and the corresponding damping measures were taken.The practice showed that it was feasible to adopt the construction scheme of double lifting and one side layout in the narrow site,which could ensure the safety in production,and provide reference for similar conditions of shaft construction.
