针对平煤首山一矿主斜井分段施工、贯通施测导线长、测量环节多等特点,在该主斜井分段施工贯通测量中应用 了多项测量技术.通过确定井上下起算数据建立统一坐标系统,采用分段加测陀螺边控制方位,从陀螺边开始井下一律敷设15"级控制导线测角,量边按《煤矿测量规程》要求进行测量,采用虚拟双导线测量技术提高测量精度,并用复测支导线分段往返、自成闭合的测量方法进行检核,减小了对点误差对巷道贯通的影响.该测量技术的成功应用,为长距离主斜井分段施工贯通测量积累了宝贵的经验.
Application of multiple measuring techniques in the sectional construction of main inclined shaft in Shoushan No.1 Mine
In view of the characteristics of sectional construction of main inclined shaft in Shoushan No.1 Mine of Pingcoal Mine,such as long surveying wire and many surveying links,a number of measuring techniques were applied in the sectional construction through surveying of main inclined shaft.A unified coordinate system was established by determining the starting data up and down the shaft.The orientation was controlled by adding test gyro edges in sections,and the 15"class control wire was laid down to measure the Angle in the shaft from the edge of the gyroscope.The edge was measured according to the requirements of the"Coal Mine Measurement Regulations".The virtual double traverse measurement technology was used to improve the measurement accuracy,and the measurement method of repeated branch wire sectional round trip self-closing was used to check,which reduced the influence of the paired point error on the tunnel penetration.The successful applica-tion of this measurement technology has accumulated valuable experience for the penetration measure-ment of long distance main inclined shaft construction.
