复杂地质构造注浆治水加固施工技术的应用

基建矿井因地质及水文地质资料收集不全,在巷道掘进过程中误揭露导水断层后,工作面断层周围围岩破碎且承载能力差,若不及时支护易发生顶板垮落进而导致突水事故.为了解决该类围岩支护及防治大的突水事故,提出深孔超前帷幕注浆和架设36U金属支架综合支护技术.在巷道掘进轮廓线外采用深孔超前注浆,充填加固工作面垮落区破碎岩体,并且封堵导水断层的过水通道,注浆治水加固围岩后架设36U金属支架支护,提高巷道围岩的整体稳定性;在掘进前采用防治水超前物探与钻探相结合的方法,加强地质及水文地质资料的收集与分析,这些工作能为巷道安全掘进、顺利通过该类断层提供技术支撑.
Application of grouting water control and reinforcement construction technology in complex geological structure
Due to incomplete collection of geological and hydrogeological data in the process of tunnel excavation,the surrounding rock around the water conducting fault in the construction mine is broken and has poor bearing capacity.If the support is not timely,it is easy to cause roof collapse and lead to water inrush accidents.In order to solve this type of rock support and prevent major water inrush acci-dents,a comprehensive technology of deep hole advanced curtain grouting and 36U metal support in-stallation was proposed.Deep hole advanced grouting was used outside the contour line of tunnel exca-vation to reinforce the fractured rock mass in the collapsed area of the working face,and the water passage of the water conducting fault was blocked.After grouting to control water and reinforce the surrounding rock,36U metal brackets were installed to improve the overall stability of the tunnel sur-rounding rock.Strictly implement the method of combining advanced geophysical exploration and drilling for water prevention and control before excavation,strengthen the collection and analysis of geological and hydrogeological data,which can provide technical reference for the safe excavation sup-port of tunnels to smoothly pass through such faults.
