掘进巷道过风氧化带支护参数优化设计研究

针对甜水堡煤矿1302工作面回风巷道在掘进至315 m时,由于受到上覆岩层风氧化带影响,导致顶板较破碎、成型较差以及锚杆锚固力达不到设计要求而引起巷道易发生冒顶事故的难题,现场运用钻孔窥视技术对1302工作面回风巷道顶板围岩裂隙发育情况进行观测分析,并掌握了 1302工作面回风巷道围岩裂隙发育时空演化规律.基于巷道顶板岩层叠加支护作用机理,对已采用的支护方式进行优化设计,并采用数值模拟和工业性试验对支护效果进行了验证.研究结果表明:在圆弧拱断面巷道中,采用长短锚索加钢筋梯梁"3-3-3"布置方式可以有效地控制1302工作面回风巷道顶板破碎围岩.该研究成果可为类似巷道的支护设计提供理论及实践依据.
Research on optimization design of supporting parameters of ventilation oxidation zone in driving roadway
Due to the influence of ventilation zone in overlying rock strata,roof breakage,poor forming and anchorage strength of anchor rod can't meet the design requirements when the return air roadway of 1302 working face in Tianshuibao Coal Mine is driven to 315 m,and roof falling accidents are easy to occur in roadway.The development of surrounding rock cracks in 1302 return air roadway was ob-served and analyzed by using borehole and peep technology,and the spatiotemporal evolution of sur-rounding rock cracks in 1302 return air roadway was mastered.Based on the mechanism of roadway roof rock layer superimposed support,the adopted support method was optimized,and the support effect was verified by numerical simulation and industrial test.The results show that the arrangement of"3-3-3"with long and short anchor cable and reinforced ladder beam in an arched section roadway can effectively control the broken surrounding rock in the return air roadway of 1302 working face.The research results can provide theoretical and practical basis for similar roadway support design.
