西域砾石层压力管道竖井施工关键技术研究

针对西域砾岩胶结程度差异显著的问题,采用物理性质和密度测试等研究方法,得到其胶结程度直接影响力学特性和三相组成的研究成果.针对西域砾岩应力-应变曲线阶段性变化的问题,采用应力加载实验,得到随着应力增加,单向加载变形量显著降低的研究成果.针对西域砾岩正交各向异性变形特性问题,采用颗粒排列分析,得到铅直方向变形最小、长轴方向变形最大的研究成果.针对奎屯河引水工程中的弱胶结西域砾岩施工问题,采用多层井壁结构和优化施工工艺,成功实现了安全、高效、低成本的工程目标,显著提前了工期.
Research on key construction technologies of vertical shafts for pressure pipelines in the gravel stratum of western regions
In view of the significant difference in cementation degree of Xiyu conglomerate,the physical properties and density test methods are used to obtain the research results that the cementation degree directly affects the mechanical properties and three-phase composition.In order to solve the problem of phasic change of the stress-strain curve of Xiyu conglomerate,the stress loading experiment is used to obtain the research result that the deformation under unidirectional loading significantly decreases with the increase of stress.In view of the orthotropic deformation characteristics of the conglomerate in the western region,the study results of minimum vertical deformation and maximum long-axis de-formation are obtained by means of particle arrangement analysis.Aiming at the construction problem of weakly consolidated Xiyu conglomerate in Kuitun River water diversion project,the multi-layer well wall structure and optimized construction technology have successfully achieved the project objec-tives of safety,high efficiency and low cost,and the construction period has been significantly ad-vanced.
