深埋强矿压综采工作面撤架通道预裂卸压技术研究

胡底煤业 3 号煤层在开采过程中盘区大巷矿压显现明显,胡底煤业为优化爆破切顶施工工艺,提高爆破切顶卸压效果,实现 1311(上)采面对应盘区大巷"不变形"的目标,在1311(上)工作面撤架通道实施深孔爆破切顶卸压护巷方案.根据现场地质条件进行了理论计算,并借鉴了周边矿井爆破切顶的实际经验,最后确定 1311(上)工作面撤架通道切顶角度为15°,即切顶钻孔施工倾角为 75°,倾向煤柱侧 15°.确定预裂孔开孔位置为距离撤架通道煤壁1.0m处,预裂孔装药起始位置位于煤壁以里 1.8m 处,终孔位置在煤壁以里 7.5m 处.在施工顶板爆破钻孔时,选用直径为 65mm的钻头,钻孔间距在 1.8~2.2 m之间.炮孔深度为 33 m,确定封孔长度为 11m,装药长度为 22 m.方案对周边强矿压矿井以及条件相似矿井爆破预裂切顶卸压有一定参考意义.

In the mining process of No.3 coal seam of Hudi Coal Industry,the mine pressure in the main roadway of the panel area is obvious.In order to optimize the construction technology of blasting top cutting,improve the effect of blasting top cutting and pressure relieving,and realize the goal of"no deformation"in the corresponding main roadway of the panel area on the working face of 1311(a-bove),Hudi Coal Industry implements the scheme of deep hole blasting top cutting and pressure re-lieving on the working face of 1311(above).According to the geological conditions of the site,the theoretical calculation is carried out,and the practical experience of blasting cutting the roof of the surrounding mine is used for reference.Finally,it is determined that the cutting angle of the removal tunnel of 1311(above)working face is 15°,that is,the construction angle of the cutting drilling hole is75°,and the inclined side of the coal pillar is 15°.It is determined that the opening hole position of the pre-crack is 1.0 m away from the coal wall of the removal tunnel,the starting position of the pre-crack hole charge is 1.8 m away from the coal wall,and the final hole position is 7.5 m away from the coal wall.When the blasting hole of the roof is constructed,a drill bit with a diameter of 65 mm is se-lected,and the drilling interval is between 1.8 and 2.2 m.The hole depth is 33 m,the sealing length is 11m,and the charge length is 22 m.The scheme has a certain reference significance for the blasting pre-cracking top cutting and pressure relieving in the surrounding mine with strong ore pressure and the mine with similar conditions.
