反井钻机扩孔钻头多元化实时联动系统研究

针对反井钻机扩孔钻进对扩孔钻头工作状况监控系统数据传递不及时、缺乏动作预测及故障报警等问题,设计了一种反井钻机扩孔钻头工作状态数字孪生实时监控系统.该系统由空中模块、云空间模块、物理实体、虚拟空间模块和数字孪生体组成,形成一套应用于空-云-地-孔智能监测大直径反井钻机扩孔钻头工作面精细定位和智能监控系统.在软硬不均的交互地层中,考虑到钻进参数变化范围大且施工参数变化快的特点,利用物联感知设备并通过多源数据融合,在统一坐标系基础上建立了一套虚实交互的智能监控系统,并提出了模拟近似预测模型,以提高反井钻机扩孔工作面监控系统的实时性、准确性和完整性.
Research on diversified real-time linkage system of reaming drill bits in raise boring machine
Aiming at the problems such as delayed data transmission,lack of action prediction and fault alarm in the monitoring system of the raise boring machine's reaming working face,a digital twin real-time monitoring system for the raise boring machine's reamer bit working face was designed.The system is composed of air module,cloud space module,physical entity,virtual space module and dig-ital twin,forming a set of intelligent air-cloud-ground-hole monitoring fine location and intelligent monitoring system for reaming bit working face of large diameter raise boring machine.Considering the characteristics of large variation range of drilling parameters and fast change of construction pa-rameters in the uneven interactive strata between soft and hard,an intelligent monitoring system with virtual and real interaction is established on the basis of unified coordinate system by using of lot sens-ing equipment and multi-source data fusion,and an approximate simulation prediction model is pro-posed to improve the real-time,accuracy and integrity of the monitoring system for the reaming work-ing face of the raise boring machine.
