Research on erosion resistance of nano-modified cement-based grouting materials in acid environment
The effects of single doped nano-silica,single doped nano-metakaolin and compound doped nano-silica/nano-metakaolin on the acid erosion resistance of cement-based grouting materials were studied.The mass loss rate and corrosion resistance coefficient of different sample systems at different ages were tested,and the mechanism of action was investigated by XRD and SEM.The results show that the sulfuric acid corrosion resistance of the cement slurry with proper amount of nano-silica is slightly better than that of the cement system with nano-metakaolin,and the effect of the compound system is better than that of the single one.The introduction of nanomaterials into the cement slurry system can help to improve its engineering application performance,and effectively improve the me-chanical properties,durability and corrosion resistance of cement-based grouting materials.
