为解决井下一线作业人员在锚杆(索)支护作业过程中施工工艺不规范导致施工质量下降引发顶板事故的难题,以不连沟煤矿井下现场情况为研究基础,利用虚拟现实技术,将锚杆(索)支护施工工艺完整过程分解成不同的场景进行虚拟现场实景研发,建立虚拟场景中的操作规范,以此进行模拟教学与实际操作,演示正确处置方法,并进行实际操作培训,最终形成适用于整个煤矿系统的、一套完善的基于虚拟现实技术的锚杆(索)支护规范化施工培训系统,为作业人员的规范化作业提供切实有效的虚拟培训平台.
Research and development of standardized construction training system for bolt(cable)support based on virtual reality technology
In order to solve the problem of roof accidents caused by construction quality degradation caused by non-standard construction technology in the process of bolt(cable)support operation,based on the underground site situation of Buliangou coal mine,virtual reality technology was used to decompose the complete process of bolt(cable)support construction technology into different scenes for virtual on-site research and development.The operation specification in the virtual scene was es-tablished to conduct simulation teaching and practical operation,demonstrated the correct disposal method,and conducted practical operation training,and finally formed a complete set of standardized construction training system of bolt(cable)support based on virtual reality technology applicable to the entire coal mine system,which provided a practical and effective virtual training platform for the standardized operation of operators.
