深孔爆破切顶卸压沿空留巷支护技术研究

沿空留巷技术是无煤柱开采的重要途径之一,在提高煤炭回收率的同时还取消遗留煤柱引起的应力集中或动力灾害等问题.为缓解采掘接替紧张、提高煤炭资源回收率,以山西沂庆矿Ⅱ 13102沿空留巷工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析确定了深孔爆破切顶卸压沿空留巷切顶角度、高度和钻孔间距等主要参数,并提出了沿空巷道围岩控制方案,同时开展现场工业试验,有效控制了巷道围岩变形破坏.
Research on deep-hole blasting cutting top and relief along-the-pillar leaving support technology
The technique of leaving an empty passage along the coal seam is one of the important ways to mine without coal pillars,which can improve coal recovery rate and eliminate stress concentration or dynamic disasters caused by the remaining coal pillars.In order to alleviate the tense situation of mining and production succession and improve the recovery rate of coal resources,this study takes the Shanxi Yiqing Mine Ⅱ 13102 along-coal-seam roadway as the engineering background and determines the main parameters of deep-hole blasting cut-top unloading along-coal-seam roadway cutting angle,height and drilling interval by theoretical analysis.At the same time,it puts forward the rock control scheme for the adjacent roadway,and conducts on-site industrial tests to effectively control the de-formation and destruction of roadway rock mass.
