为进一步提升顶板高位裂隙定向长钻孔抽采效果,根据霍尔辛赫矿3502工作面综合柱状图及顶板"三带"分布规律,对工作面"以孔代巷"采空区卸压瓦斯抽采技术进行了研究,考察分析了 3502工作面2号定向钻场顶板高位裂隙定向长钻孔抽采浓度、纯量和抽采混合量随工作面回采距离变化关系,确定了最佳抽采效果层位,总结了钻孔合理布置位置,节约了施工时间和成本,实现了工作面采空区及上隅角瓦斯零超限目标,确保了回采工作面在低瓦斯状态下高效回采.
Research and application of"hole instead of alley"gas control technology in 3502 working face of Huoerxinhe Mine
In order to further improve the directional long drilling extraction effect of high-level cracks on the roof,based on the comprehensive column chart of the 3502 working face and the distribution law of the"three zones"on the roof,a study was conducted on the pressure relief gas extraction tech-nology of"using holes instead of tunnels"in the goaf of the working face.The relationship between the concentration,purity,and extraction mixture of directional long drilling extraction of high-level cracks on the roof of the No.2 directional drilling site of the 3502 working face and the distance of the working face was investigated and analyzed.The optimal extraction effect layer was determined,and the reasonable arrangement of drilling holes was summarized,which saved a lot of construction time and cost,achieved the goal of zero gas exceedance in the goaf and upper corner of the working face,and ensured the efficient extraction of the working face in low gas state.
