摘要

煤矿提升机对煤矿安全生产至关重要.为保障提升机安全稳定运行,研究了煤矿提升机远程实时交互式故障诊断技术,提出了由数据感知与处理、实时监测平台、远程监管和远程维护4部分组成的提升机远程实时交互式系统架构,在总结现场经验基础上,提出了原理判断方法、逼近法、故障规律法、比较法、假设法和系统多维思维法6种适用于排除提升机故障的方法,提出了基于工作流的设备定期检修和基于支持向量机的设备运行状况辅助评价方法.现场应用表明:系统运行状况良好,稳定可靠,提升了煤矿提升机的信息化管理水平.

Abstract

Coal mine hoist is very important to coal mine safety production.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the hoist,the remote real-time interactive fault diagnosis technology of the coal mine hoist was studied.A remote real-time interactive system architecture of hoist was proposed,which was composed of four parts:data perception and processing,real-time monitoring platform,re-mote supervision and remote maintenance.On the basis of summarizing the field experience,six methods suitable for eliminating hoist faults were proposed,including principle judgment method,ap-proximation method,fault law method,comparison method,hypothesis method and system thinking method.In addition,regular maintenance of equipment based on workflow and auxiliary evaluation method of equipment operation status based on support vector machine were also proposed.The field application shows that the system runs well and is stable and reliable.It can improve the information management level of coal mine hoist.
