数字经济发展水平、创新活跃度与经济增长质量

基于2011-2019年中国275个城市数据，采用双向固定效应模型，探讨了数字经济与经济增长质量之间的关系。结果表明:数字经济与城市经济增长质量之间呈现倒U形关系，且在经济政策不确定性较低的城市中，数字经济的正面作用更为突出。同时，城市的市场化水平和科教资源状况对数字经济与经济增长质量之间关系具有差异性影响，市场化和科教资源水平较低的城市受益更显著。机制分析发现，数字经济通过促进产业结构的优化升级和提高创新活力，从而提升经济增长的质量。研究结论深化了对数字经济与经济增长质量之间关系的理解，对挖掘新的经济增长点和推进中国经济的高质量发展具有重要意义。
The Development Level of Digital Economy,Innovation Activity and the Quality of Economic Growth
Based on the data of 275 cities in China from 2011 to 2019,this paper uses a two-way fixed effect model to explore the rela-tionship between digital economy and the quality of economic growth.The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between digital economy and the quality of urban economic growth,and the positive role of digital economy is more prominent in cities with low economic policy uncertainty.At the same time,there are differences in the impact of the level of marketization and the status of science and education resources on the digital economy in cities,with cities with low levels of marketization and science and educa-tion resources benefiting more significantly.Mechanism analysis shows that digital economy enhances the quality of economic growth by promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and improving the vitality of innovation.The findings deepen the under-standing of the complex relationship between the digital economy and the quality of economic growth,which is of great significance for exploring new economic growth points and promoting the high-quality development of China's economy.
