宁东矿区煤质与气化技术的匹配性研究

摘要
煤的性质直接影响煤气化工艺的操作参数、气化效率和合成气质量,是煤化工工艺的龙头技术.为了增强煤化工企业选用气化技术的针对性,分析了宁东地区煤质特点,并根据宁东地区多种在用的气化工艺进行对比分析,总结出不同的气化技术对煤质的不同要求.宁东地区煤种属于煤阶较低的长焰煤,很多矿区的煤样成浆性能较差,不适合水煤浆气化炉.现在煤气化加压技术主要是水煤浆气化和干煤粉气化技术,选用何种方式气化原料煤起了主要作用.通过一系列对比,特别是对比了各种气化技术对煤种的要求,发现宁东地区现在已开采出的煤种中只有羊场湾煤适合制备水煤浆,而其它煤质更适合采用GSP干煤粉气化技术.
Abstract
The operating parameter, gasification efficiency of coal gasification technique as well as synthesis gas quality are greatly influenced by the coal qualities.To select the proper coal gasification technology, taking the coal in Shendong mining area as research object, compared different gasification technologies being used for many years.The coal in this area is low-rank long flame coal, its poor slurryability means it's not applicable for coal water mixture (CWM) gasifier.The most commonly used coal pressurized gasification technologies are CWM gasification and dry pulverized coal.The results show that, only Yangchangwan coal is suitable for CWM preparation in Shendong mining area,others are more applicable for gasification by GSP gasifier.
