Talent Policy Support and Enterprise Digital Transformation
Digital transformation is an important strategic measure to lead China's high-quality economic development.Taking the A-share non-financial listed companies from 2011 to 2020 as the research sample,this paper systematically investigates the relationship and internal mechanism of the paradigm of"talent policy support-enterprise digital transformation".There are three findings in this study.First,the talent policy sup-port can significantly promote the digital transformation of enterprises.Second,through the multiple intermedi-ary effect model test,it is found that the mitigation of financing constraints and talent agglomeration effect play a positive intermediary role in the process of talent policy support to encourage enterprises'digital transforma-tion.Finally,heterogeneity research has led to the following conclusions.From the perspective of policy cate-gories,evaluation and incentive talent policy tools have a more significant driving effect on enterprise digital transformation than introduction and cultivation talent policy tools;From the perspective of enterprise and re-gional characteristics,the incentive effect of talent policy support on enterprise digital transformation is more significant in growing enterprises,mature enterprises,and the eastern region.By exploring and identifying the incentive policies that stimulate the transformation of enterprises'digital strategy,this paper provides useful en-lightenment for accelerating the formation of a new pattern of digital transformation and realizing the transforma-tion of China's economic development mode.
