Data Factor Empowers the Formation of New Quality Productive Forces:Logic,Mechanisms,and Pathways
The concept of"new quality productive forces"is a significant proposition introduced by President Xi Jinping to accel-erate technological innovation and drive high-quality development in the New Era and on the New Journey.As a pivotal element and core driver of the digital economy,the data factor plays a critical role in shaping and advancing the development of new quali-ty productive forces.Building on an in-depth analysis of Xi Jinping's key expositions on new quality productive forces,this arti-cle systematically elaborates on the"technical-economic"connotation of these forces.It identifies the theoretical logic of the da-ta factor as a foundational element and proposes a"technical-economic"framework for leveraging the data factor to empower the formation of new quality productive forces.Further,the article examines the mechanisms through which the data factor promotes incremental innovation,breakthrough innovation,and integrated innovation.It explores three pathways for the data factor to drive the formation of new quality productive forces and proposes a model for fostering synergy and mutual reinforcement between the digital economy and new quality productive forces.Finally,the study offers policy recommendations from the perspective of the data factor to support the development of new quality productive forces.
