Cyberspace and National Sovereignty Chal enge and Response
With the rapid development of information technology and extensive application of the internet,the relation of cyberspace and national sovereignty become the discussion topics in the academic community. In this paper,combing the characteristics of cyberspace and challenges to national sovereignty theories,it analyzed the theoretical and realistic basis of the exercise of national sovereignty in cyberspace,concluded that cyberspace is still a range of national sovereignty and made recommendations of how to preserve our network sovereignty.
