With the expiration of the second round of land contract in China,it is more important to extend the contracted land disposal of the migrant farmers settled in cities(MFSC).The disposal of expired extension packages contains inherent realistic basis,efficiency logic and ownership logic,based on the theoretical analysis and survey.There are four kinds schemes for the future extension:direct contract,paid exit,free recovery and paid for use.The direct contract scheme may cause dissatisfaction of the landless population,and the standard of the"paid exit"is difficult to unify.It is likely to become an inevitable choice for some villages to directly"take back"the contracted land of the MFSC,after the second round of contract expires,because of the determinism of household registration,fairness and income.The plan has been supported by more than half of the farmers,about the"paid for use".In fact,it is essentially a problem of"the qualification of the main body of the rural land contract management right",about the MFSC's rural land rights problem,which is the expansion and deepening of the theoretical boundary such as membership rights,inheritance rights,and withdrawal rights of the subordinate rights of contract rights,and is also the refinement and enrichment of the theoretical content of China's agricultural land property rights reform.
