Construction of Evaluation Index System for New Quality Productive Forces Development
As an important focus of high-quality development of new quality productive forces,it is necessary to establish a corresponding index system to guide its accelerated development and overall promotion.According to General Secretary Xi Jinping's interpretation of the concept of new quality productive forces,combined with the actual situation of the development of new quality productive forces,this paper deeply analyzes the theoretical logic of the evaluation index system for new quality productive forces from four aspects:theoretical basis,fundamental goal,basic principle and essential requirement.On this basis,a preliminary evaluation index system for new quality productive forces development has been constructed,which reflects the multidimensional requirements of the new development concept,and the key characteristics of new quality productive forces,and conforms to the advanced nature of new quality productive forces.Make a useful attempt to turn the research of new quality productive forces into a combination of qualitative and quantitative research,provide measurement standards and action guidelines to carry out the development practice of new quality productive forces.
