Evaluation of the Policy Effects of Collective Commercial Construction Land Marketization—A Perspective of Market Entity Growth
Using dataset from the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System,we find that rural collective commercial construction land marketization has significantly promoted the growth of rural market entities,featured by a 38.3%increase in new rural market entity numbers in pilot counties.Mechanism tests suggest alleviating urban construction land quotas as a main driver and this reform has signifi-cantly promoted county-level economic growth,increased income for farmers and employment of labor force.
