On Effects of Different Concentrations of GA3 on Seedling Emergence of Ilex Triflora
Using double-factor complete random design , the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin ( GA3 ) solutions and different soaking time treatment on the seed emergence of Ilex in the field .were studied The results showed that different concentrations of gibberellin ( GA3 ) solution and different soaking time treatment significantly effected seed germination of Ilex.300 mg· L-1 (GA3) was the best, and 2-hours was the optimum soaking time.Ilex seed ger-mination rate also was significantly effected by different concentrations of GA 3 with different soaking time interaction modes .
