热双金属片是小型断路器热脱扣器最重要的零件,传统的设计选型是根据经验选择型号,然后通过制作样品试验进行选型,周期长并且成本较高,文章提出一种基于Ansys的热双金属片热变形仿真分析选型方法,通过仿真分析热变形与机构脱扣行程进行比对,选择合适的热双金属片,再进行试验验证,结果表明仿真分析与实际相差在 10%以内,满足试验要求,具有一定的工程应用价值.
Thermal Bimetal was the most important part of thermal release of miniature circuit breaker.The traditional design and selection was to select the model based on experience,and then select the model through making sample tests.The cycle was long and the cost was high.This paper proposed a thermal Bimetal thermal deformation simu-lation analysis and selection method based on Ansys.By comparing the thermal deformation of simulation analysis with the tripping stroke of mechanism,we selected the appropriate thermal Bimetal,and then conducted test verification.The re-sults indicated that the difference between simulation analysis and actual results was within 10%,which met the experi-mental requirements and had certain engineering application value.
