Objective To investigate the correlation between serum feeding inhibitory factor 1(Nesfatin-1),anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)and insulin resistance in patients with polycys-tic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 cases of PCOS patients of childbear-ing age admitted to Chuzhou First People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2023(observation group).Another 80 healthy women of childbearing age who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of Nesfatin-1,AMH,IGF-1 and insulin resistance related indicators were compared between the two groups. The correlation between Nesfatin-1,AMH,IGF-1 and insulin resistance index was an-alyzed.Result The expression levels of Nesfatin-1,AMH and IGF-1 in observation group were higher than those in con-trol group(p<0.05),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in observation group were higher than those in control group(p<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that Nesfatin 1,AMH and IGF-1 were positively correlated with FG,FINS and HOMA-IR(p<0.05).Conclusion The serum of P-COS patients has high expression of Nesfatin-1,AMH and IGF-1,which is significantly correlated with the insulin resist-ance of patients. Therefore, reasonable judgment can be made on the condition of patients through the combined detection results of indicators.
