基于AHP-FCE的灾害护理核心能力评价

目的 过构建评价指标体系,探讨模糊综合评价方法在灾害护理能力评价中的应用.方法 抽取4 所本科院校 172 名本科护生作为研究对象,通过层次分析法确定各级指标的权重,利用模糊隶属度函数确定被评价对象在不同指标上的隶属等级.结果 确定了灾害护理核心能力量表的一级、二级指标的权重,得到模糊综合评价结果,由此可知,灾害护理核心能力模糊评价的最大隶属度值为 0.3199,其对应的核心能力评价等级为"中",表明学生具备一些灾害护理能力.结论 基于模糊-层次分析评价方法,有效融合了定性和定量评价指数,科学合理,有利于评估护生的灾害护理能力,为后期灾害护理教育提供了改进参考.
Evaluation of Core Competence of Disaster Nursing Based on AHP-FCE
Objective To explore the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of disaster nursing ability by constructing the evaluation index system.Method 172 undergraduate nursing students from 4 undergraduate colleges were selected as the research objects,and the weights of the indicators were determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the membership grades of the evaluated objects on different indicators were determined by fuzzy membership function.Result The weights of the first and second level indicators of the disaster nursing core competency scale were determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results were obtained.It can be seen that the maximum membership value of the fuzzy evaluation of disaster nursing core competency is 0.3199,and its corresponding core com-petency evaluation level is"medium",indicating that students have some disaster nursing abilities.Conclusion Based on the fuzzy-analytic hierarchy process evaluation method,the qualitative and quantitative evaluation indexes are effectively integrated,scientific and reasonable,which is conducive to evaluating the disaster nursing ability of nursing students,and provides an improved reference for the later disaster nursing education.
