The Dynamics Analysis on Rocker Arm of Vertical Roller Mill
Taking the rocker arm which was the critical force component of slag vertical roller mill as study ob-ject,briefly introduced the structure and stress at work of grinder roll and abbrasive wheel system.On this basis,construct the 3D model of rocker arm by drawing software,after simplified processing,import it into the finite element software to ob-tain finite element model of rocker arm.The modal analysis on rocker arm was made,and the first six order natural fre-quency and corresponding mode of vibration were obtained,the motion frequency of grinder roll and abbrasive wheel were far less than the natural frequency of rocker arm.To understand the response of each frequency,taking the hydraulic pres-sure on the bottom of rocker arm as excitation force,making the harmonic response analysis,simulate the working condition when the force value of the rocker arm fluctuates.The two resonance frequency get from the harmonic response analysis cor-respond to the first and sixth order natural frequency of rocker arm.The result of study presents some theoretical reference for improving dynamics performance of vertical roller mill and its further optimization.
