Theoretical Connotation,Practical Effect and Path Selection of the Belt and Road Digital Economy Cooperation
Under the Belt and Road Initiative,the integrated application of digital technology has promoted economic cooperation among participating countries of the Belt and Road Initia-tive.The Belt and Road digital economy cooperation has the theoretical connotation of taking digital technology,digital cooperation and digital governance as the basic elements;taking digit-al infrastructure,digital financial services and so on as the support;and taking external impetus and external guarantee as the practical choice.At present,the Belt and Road digital economy cooperation has achieved remarkable results in five aspects,such as the construction of digital infrastructure,the stickiness of digital international market,digital security governance,indus-try empowered by digital technology,and digital business ecological coordination.However,digital economy cooperation still faces challenges in the areas of digital core technology R&D,digitally regional integration,the construction of digital service system,and digital security governance.It hinders the deep integration of digital economy development and the implementa-tion among participating countries of the Belt and Road Initiative.To this end,focusing on the five aspects of the basic,innovative,inclusive,industrially enabling,and data mining of the digital economy,this paper puts forward the path selection of the Belt and Road digital economy cooperation.
