Digital Circulation Development:Theoretical Framework,Dynamic System and Policy Recommendations
Under the background of the construction of a digital China,the digital circulation development has already become the intrinsic request of building a modern circulation system and the national unified big market in China.Based on Push-Pull Theory and Open Innovation Theory,this paper systematically analyzes the dynamic mechanism of digital circulation develop-ment from both internal mechanism and external mechanism.Multi-case method is used to con-struct the dynamic system of digital circulation development from four aspects:digital technology empowerment,business model transformation,digital governance model innovation and digital infrastructure support.The paper puts forward that China should adopt four policies,which are to strengthen the digital technical empowerment of the circulation industry,to promote the re-form of the business model of the circulation industry,to promote the digital governance level of the circulation industry,and to speed up the construction of the digital infrastructure of the cir-culation industry.Circulation enterprises shall actively promote the development of digital circu-lation through the five paths of supply chain digitalization,store digitalization,user digitali-zation,commodity digitalization and sales digitalization.
