Research on the Coordination between Industrial Structure and Employment Structure under the Background of High-quality Development
At present,China's economy has entered the stage of high-quality development.In this context,the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure is an inherent requirement for developing a modern industrial system and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the economic system.This paper studies the evolution of China's industrial structure and employment structure,and analyses the coordination of China's industrial structure and employment structure,using the index analysis method,compares the coordination coeffi-cient of industrial structure and employment structure of China's provinces and regions,and studies the changes in their spatial distribution and their spatial correlation,and puts forward targeted policy recommendations from the conclusions of the paper,aiming at promoting the de-velopment of China's regional economy and building a modern economic system.
