"New quality productive force"is a new form and new quality of productivity leap-frogging,and a new driving force to support high-quality development."New quality productive force"itself is green productive force,which is an advanced quality of productivity with green attributes.New quality productive forces to promote green development will follow the dynamic evolution logic of"production factors-industrial structure-technological innovation",and realize the"kinetic energy generation-kinetic energy action-kinetic energy transformation".At pres-ent,China's new quality productive forces to promote green development are still facing the challenges of weak green independent technology innovation capacity,the overall quality of green productivity factors is not high,the level of green modernization of the industrial system is not high,and the institutional mechanism for green development is not sound.Focusing on these problems,we should construct the realization path of new quality productive forces for green de-velopment from the aspects of strengthening green high-level scientific and technological self-re-liance and self-improvement,collaboratively improving the quality and level of green productivi-ty factors,constructing a modernized green industrial system,strengthening policy guidance and improving the institutional mechanism.
