Take Full Use of the"Chain-Leader-Institution"and Promote the Modernization of Industrial Chains
Promoting the modernization of the industrial chain has special significance to solve the shortage of China's industrial basic capacity and the high-tech stranglehold in some fields.Creating an independent and reliable industrial chain to improve the development of the industrial chain cannot be separated from the guidance and coordination of the"Chain-Leader-Institution".As the important material and political foundation of Chinese socialism,state-owned enterprises have the responsibility to integrate their own development into the moderniza-tion of the industrial chain,and actively undertake the responsibility of the industrial"Chain-Leader-Institution".At present,state-owned enterprises still have problems in the key links of industrial chains,such as the lack of linkage between the innovation chain and the industrial chain,and the low coordination level of the industrial chain and supply chain,which must be solved by measures.Firstly,we must strengthen the guidance role of"Chain-Leader-Institution"to optimize the industrial layout.Secondly,state-owned enterprises should break through techno-logical obstacles in key areas to unblock the shortcomings of the industrial chain.Thirdly,we should coordinate the allocation of resources to enhance the resilience and competitiveness of the industrial chain.Fourthly,we should connect the participation of multiple parties to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Finally,we must persist opening up and promote integrated development of governance systems for domestic and foreign industrial and supply chains.
