The Participation of Data Elements in Income Distribution from the Perspective of Common Prosperity:Logic,Philosophy,and Pathways
Accurately grasping the logic,philosophy,and path of data elements participated in income distribution is crucial for promoting common prosperity in the context of the digital econ-omy.Based on the analysis of the fundamental logic of how data elements participate in income distribution to foster common prosperity,this paper suggests that data elements in the primary distribution should adhere to the concepts of efficiency and fairness,in the secondary distribu-tion to the concepts of sharing and innovation,and in the tertiary distribution to the concepts of voluntariness and collaboration.It is imperative to establish a data element income distribution system that considers the interests of all contributors,integrates supervision with incentives,and guides the collective participation of society as soon as possible,in order to make further pro-gress in achieving common prosperity for all.
