The Collaborative Development of Digitalization and Greening from the Perspective of High-quality Development:Connotation Explanation,Function Mechanism and Realization Path
China's economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,and the collaborative development of digitalization and greening has become an important driving force for this shift.Digitalization empowers greening,greening pulls digitization,opening the new journey of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality digital gov-ernance,shaping a new low-carbon digital life,creating a new ecology of green digital industri-alization,which promote the quality change,efficiency change,power change,and thus real-ize high-quality development.The collaborative development of digitalization and greening is a complex project and a long-term process.Therefore,we should uphold the CPC's leadership,strengthen the top-level design of the collaborative development of digitalization and greening;accelerate scientific and technological innovation,and overcome the"neck"technology;estab-lish a new type of concept,and create a good atmosphere for the collaborative development of digitalization and greening;increase the financial investment,cultivate green digital talents,and use the rule of law for the escort of collaborative development of digitalization and greening;and actively participate in international exchanges and cooperation to strengthen the initiative in international competition and amplify the voice on the international stage.
