数字经济驱动碳减排的机理与实证研究

基于2014-2020年中国省级面板数据,构建数字经济发展水平评价指标体系,对我国各省域的数字经济发展水平进行综合评价,并在此基础上实证检验数字经济的发展对我国省域二氧化碳排放量的影响。研究结果表明,数字经济发展水平存在明显的地区差异,呈现出东强西弱的局面;数字经济发展对碳排放量存在一定的负向影响效应;数字经济发展会通过影响产业结构、技术创新而间接对碳排放量产生抑制作用。以上研究结论对缓解地区数字经济发展不平衡有积极作用,可为实现"双碳"目标提供政策参考。
Mechanisms and Empirical Studies of Carbon Emission Reduction Driven by Digital Economy
Based on China's provincial panel data from 2014 to 2020,the evaluation index system of digital economy development level is constructed to comprehensively evaluate the digital economy development level of each Chinese province,and the impact of digital economy development on China's provincial carbon dioxide emissions is empirically tested on this basis.The research results show that there are obvious regional differences in the development level of digital economy,showing a situation of strong in the east and weak in the west;there is a certain negative effect of digital economy development on carbon emissions,and the improvement of digital economy development level can significantly reduce regional carbon emissions;digital economy development will indirectly have a suppressive effect on carbon emissions by influencing industrial structure and technological innovation.It provides policy insights to alleviate regional imbalances in digital economy development and to achieve the"double carbon"goal.
